This is me at my first professional job

at the Mayfair Regent Hotel on

Lake Shore Drive. The restaurant is

closed now. (Not my fault)

Here I am with a replica of the Chicago Watertower the

staff and I at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago constructed from

over 1500 sugarcubes. I still take my coffee black to this day.

This is me and our cat, Bridget. I'm the one on the left.

Believe it or not she is over 10 years old. I still haven't be

able to teach her how to cook. But boy can she eat!
